Refund Policy

How Can I Return the Products in My Order?

If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you ordered, you can return them within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges are not allowed for products that have been discontinued or are out of stock.

The returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with the product labels intact.

Any free or promotional items sent as part of your order must also be returned with the products you wish to return.

To process the return, please fill out the return form that was sent with your products carefully and completely, and send it back along with the items.

Make sure that the package is secure and waterproof. The customer is responsible for the package until it reaches us.

You can send the return package using one of our contracted cargo companies, and you must pay the shipping fee using the provided shipping code.

 

Can I Use My Return/Exchange Right After 14 Days Have Passed?

According to Article 12, Paragraph 1 of the Distance Selling Regulation, iloveshoes.com.tr is obligated to refund the product price within 14 days after receiving the notification of your withdrawal, provided the return conditions are met. Returns and exchanges cannot be processed for requests made after the 14-day period.

 

What Are the Conditions for Returning Products in My Order?

To return the product(s) in your order, the following conditions must be met. Otherwise, your return request will not be accepted:

 You must return the product(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery.
 The product(s) must be unused.
 The product(s) must have the labels intact and undamaged.
 Shoes must not have been worn outside, and there should be no dirt or signs of wear.

What Happens if I Cancel/Return a Product Purchased with the Free Shipping Campaign?

The free shipping campaign is valid without a minimum purchase limit. If, after returning products, your purchase no longer meets the campaign conditions, and if you return all items from your order, the free shipping campaign will be canceled and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. The shipping fee will be deducted when the refund is processed.

 

Can I Return Products Purchased with a Discount Campaign?

Returns or exchanges are not possible for products purchased through a discount campaign.

 

How Does the Return Process Work for Purchases Made with a Debit Card?

Your return will be processed as a single transaction. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the bank and might exceed the normal return period.

 

Can I Get a Refund for the Cash on Delivery Service Fee and Shipping Costs?

The cash on delivery service fee and shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are charges for additional services provided by the shipping company.

 

Who Is Responsible for Return Shipping Costs?

If there is no fault or defect in the product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, if the product is defective or incorrect, the return shipping costs are covered by us.

 

When Will I Receive My Refund After Returning the Product(s)?

Once the returned products are received and reviewed for compliance with our return policy, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to your card. If you paid with cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the IBAN number you provided.

Refunds for credit card payments may take 3-7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

For debit card payments, the refund may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

 

What Should I Do if I Receive a Wrong or Defective Product?

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please return it using one of our contracted cargo companies with the provided shipping code for return shipping. A refund will be processed based on your payment method.

E-Commerce Agreement

This E-Commerce Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:

1. Seller: [I LOVE SHOES], a company duly incorporated and organized under the laws of [TURKEY] with its principal place of business located at [IZMIR,TURKEY].

2. Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing products from the Seller through the Seller’s online platform.

This Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which the Seller will sell shoes and related products to Customers through its e-commerce website.

 

 

 

1. Product Listings and Availability

 The Seller will offer shoes and related products for sale on the Website. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes, and the Seller reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product listings at any time without prior notice.
 Availability of Products is subject to stock, and the Seller makes no guarantee that all listed Products will be available at the time of order.
 

2. Order Placement and Acceptance

 By placing an order on the Website, the Customer agrees to purchase the selected Product(s) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
 Upon receiving an order, the Seller will send a confirmation email to the Customer. However, the order will not be considered accepted until the Seller processes and ships the order.
 The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing, or fraudulent activity.
 

3. Pricing and Payment

 All prices listed on the Website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes.
 The Customer is responsible for any additional fees such as customs duties, shipping, or taxes applicable to their location.
 Payment for Products must be made via accepted payment methods, including credit card, debit card, or other approved electronic payment systems. The Seller reserves the right to add or change payment methods at its discretion.
 Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider, and the Seller is not responsible for any third-party fees or issues.
 

4. Shipping and Delivery

 The Seller will ship Products to the Customer’s specified address within the UAE or internationally, based on the shipping options selected at checkout.
 The Customer will be notified when the order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping method, location, and external factors such as customs clearance.
 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct. The Seller is not liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 The Customer has the right to return Products within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the Products are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact.

 By placing an order, the Customer consents to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data as necessary to process the order and improve customer experience.
 

 

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
 Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, in accordance with UAE law.
 

10. Changes to This Agreement

 The Seller reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Website, and the Customer is encouraged to review the Agreement regularly.
 Continued use of the Website and the purchase of Products after any changes to this Agreement will constitute acceptance of those changes.
