Return and Exchange Procedures
How can I return the item(s) in my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receiving them. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for end-of-season or discontinued products. Additionally, returns and exchanges are not available for end-of-season promotional items.
The delivery time for bags is 3 business days. Requests exceeding this timeframe will unfortunately not be accepted.
The return process requires that products be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all barcodes intact.
Any free or promotional items sent as part of the order must also be returned along with all returned items.
To process your return, please carefully and completely fill out the return form included with your products and send it back to you.
Ensure the packaging is secure and waterproof. The package remains the customer's responsibility until it reaches us.
You can return your package using one of the following contracted shipping companies, provided you pay the shipping fee using the contracted account code.
It's been over 14 days since I ordered these items. Can I still exercise my right to return or exchange them?
iloveshoes.com.tr is obligated to refund product prices within 14 days of receiving notification of the consumer's exercise of their right of withdrawal, provided that the return conditions are met, in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 1 of the Distance Selling Regulation. Return requests exceeding 14 days cannot be processed.
The products I returned weren't received; the shipment was returned to me.
You can return products purchased from iloveshoes.com.tr within 14 days of receiving them from the courier by contacting iloveshoes.com.tr. If the product does not meet the return conditions, it may be sent back to your address.
Under what conditions can I return the items in my order?
To return the item(s) in your order, the following conditions must be met. Otherwise, your return request will not be accepted.
- You must return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- The product(s) must be unused.
- The product(s) labels must be intact and undamaged on the product(s).
- The shoes must absolutely not have been worn outside and must be free of any dirt or wear.
- If you made a purchase using our end-of-season sale, your return will not be accepted.
What is the return period in days?
If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receiving them. Returns or exchanges are absolutely not possible for orders placed after this period.
What happens if I cancel/return an order that I placed with a free shipping offer?
The free shipping campaign is valid without a minimum order value. However, if the products you purchased do not meet the campaign conditions after a return, and you return all the products in your order, the free shipping campaign will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed taking the cancellation of the campaign into account, with the return shipping cost deducted.
Can I cancel/return an order that I placed during a discount campaign?
Returns and exchanges are not available for discounted items.
How does the refund process work for purchases made with a bank (debit card)?
Your refund will be processed to your account in a single payment. Please note that the time it takes for your refund to appear may vary from bank to bank and may exceed our standard refund processing time.
Can I get a refund for the cash-on-delivery service fee and shipping fee?
Cash on delivery service fee and shipping fee are non-refundable as they are extra charges applied by the shipping company for their services.
Who will be responsible for return shipping costs?
If the product has no defects or faults originating from our company, the shipping cost for returns made through our contracted shipping companies' account codes will be charged to you (round trip). For defective and faulty product shipments, the shipping costs are covered by our company.
When will I receive a refund for the item(s) I returned?
After the products that arrive at our warehouse are inspected for compliance with our return policy, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days, depending on your payment method: credit card if you paid by credit card, or the IBAN number you provided if you paid cash on delivery.
The time it takes for a credit card refund to appear on your card may vary depending on your bank. If you still have questions about your refund, please send your request to support@iloveshoes.com.tr or call our customer service at 0850 885 04 05.
Note: For credit card purchases , it may take 3-7 business days for your refund to appear on your card after we process it . (This timeframe may vary depending on your card's issuing agency.)
For purchases made with a bank debit card, the refund may take 7-14 business days to be credited to your account. (This timeframe may vary depending on your card's issuing bank.)
What should I do if I receive the wrong or defective product?
In case of defective or incorrect product delivery, please return your order via our contracted shipping company using the agreed account code and paying the shipping cost on delivery. Your refund request will be processed according to your payment method.
